Idle adjustment

Hi All,

When I first got my 3.0ltr Gen 2 surf 6 years ago the idle reading rpm was always at 800, now dropped to 500. Can anyone tell me how to adjust the idle speed up to the original setting please.

Idle speed shouldn't really be adjusted manually as will just make things worse eventually. The idle speed is basically ECU controlled.

Sounds like it's either a TPS fault or a vacuum pipe on the throttle body that's maybe blocked or come adrift?

Can you describe what a TPS fault means ordescribe further where the pipes are?? do you have photos of what I'm looking for on the throttle body?

One more thing are you still looking for a Gen " bonnet. I PM you some time ago when I thought you were looking for one.
