ECU Reset & Alarm Question

Good evening!

Very quick question here regarding disconnecting the batteries on my kzn130 to perform an ECU reset. If I leave the batteries disconnected over night, will it have any effect on the Cobra alarm / immobiliser system on my surf? By that I mean will I need to recode it / perform some form of procedure before I can start my truck / arm it after re-collecting the batteries or will it just work as normal?

I have had a search but to no avail.

I had the batteries off my truck for a couple of weeks when I did the head and my alarm and immobilizer were ok.
