  • Worley radiators?

Has anyone had any experience with these? Seems like a good alternative?

I searched for Worley on here and couldn't find anything. Thanks.

Thats about as good as it can get quality wise ! But in Canada i think the corrosion issue would be greater than in Australia !

I think you better look at the negative and neutral feedback of the seller..not all what it seems...
      .... Which was nice.

I have one and it's fine. The shroud bolts didn't line up with 2 of the well nuts but there was already holes in the right place so I used nuts and bolts. It's surprisingly good quality and cools like a mofo.

I see some of the reviews have complained a little bit of been leaking. How hard would it be to get someone to weld up a hole in one of these? Or do some patch jobs? It seems kind of hit and miss on the quality, but I guess if you don't ever shoot you're never going to miss either.

The Worley radiator looks better quality than the Toyota original to me.
Easier to repair an all aluminum radiator too.

Maybe ask Nev on the Oz site.

Pretty sure I read negative comments on this radiator.

Note it's made in China. A cheap copy ??

Nez on what Oz site? Thanks.

As for Chinese made...yes, some of the stuff made in China is poor quality. However, depending on the product, some of the materials produced over there are of ever-increasing quality....hopefully this would be one of them.

                        That's because it's NEV.

It's actually fairly thick aluminum for a china radiator and is easy to weld if there is a leak. I had one for my 2.4 surf too and it was fine. I'm going to use it in my 1uz conversion.

Well, guess I should have had more coffee this morning. Lol

Thanks for all the help and advice everyone.

Anyone try one of these yet? Looking for a radiator and the Worley looks tempting although there do seem some quality control issues with a few poor reviews among many good ones. Their motorcycle ones generally seem to get decent reviews too.
