Does anyone know where the timer is located

Part of the ECU. Works in conjunction with the Engine Coolant Sensor.

Why were you looking for the timer? If glow plugs are not working correctly look at the coolant sensor.

I had checked the glow plugs they were fine was familiar with earlier surf timers and how they worked will be checking temp sensor 1st cheers
