Snapped ARB linkages

I recently replaced all the ARB linkages and bushes on my 2nd Gen back in March to get it thro the MOT. Last week I had to replace one of the new front linkages which had snapped, thinking it was nothing more than a duff part i had got from Milners (they provided an FOC replacement). Today i notice the other front linkage has snapped, so i am thinking that it may not be duff parts, but possibly some installation problem or possibly the front end has been lifted (I am the original owner since import). Could anyone shed any light on what the problem may be and how can I tell if the front suspension has been lifted from standard and if so, how to i replace the linkages so that they do not snap in the future
