Oil flush

Do you guys do an oil flush before an oil change? If so how do you go about it?

I wouldn't on a regularly serviced Surf, or unless you think the oil is contaminated by something or oil pressure is unusually high.

If you want to, you generally you buy flushing oil and follow the instructions...

Thanks for the advice, don't think I will do a flush. Just put in some nice fresh oil with a new filter

I used it in my Peugeot as I sucked water into the engine and it got into the oil. Didn't expect it to make any difference so there was no placebo effect.

However it felt noticeably faster afterwards. However I wouldn't do it on a high mileage engine incase the seals were in poor condition.
