4wd not engaging

Hi there,

I have an early third gen (95) KZN185 that has a 4wd problem. It won't engage via the button or the manual stick into low range.

Its not the fuses, pipes, relays or seluniods, the transfer case motor has power to it (unsure if the motor has power though), and I'm not sure what else it could be short of the motor or linkage itself?

Any ideas?

4wd Problem - Early 3rd Gen

Hi everyone,

I'm missing out on all this off-road fun, as this is still broken!

Update: I press button on the stick, and the transfer motor I think (box half way down the car) make a winding noise, and then the front prop becomes difficult to move, HOWEVER, doesn't drive the front two wheels.

Also there is now power to the BLUE plug into my vacuum unit under the bonnet.

Please help...
