It's the rt silicone hose, not Allowing any flex. I posted about this a year or two ago. The engine is mounted on rubber mounts to allow movement as pointed out by shokenore. This pipe allows no movement resulting in snapped air box mountings.

If it is the hose, and I would think Toyota genuine ones would be very costly, I accidentally stumbled upon this one advertised on Amazon. It may be a bit short, but also may be able to be 'adapted' with some bodging. It's cheap enough, but will have postage as an add-on:
