some engine porn pics of my new girl

Hi all,

Just wondering if you all could take a look at the engine pics I have from my phone, and see if there is anything glaring out of place here. I'm especially wondering about the orange knobs and the brown one at the end of the pictures. Just in case anyone has done any tinkering in the engine, or "bubba" work as we call it over here in NA ("bubba" being some out back hilly billy type that jimmy-rigs/hacks something together instead of doing it correctly).

Those aren't standard items, It looks like air bleed or shut-off valves for the coolant hoses?
Can't really be sure unless I see more of where the hoses terminate.

They could be just shut-off valves to prevent fuel drain back to the tank and emptying the injector pipes of fuel when changing the filter, to prevent airlocks.

They're definitely not stock.
