Air Con filter ????

Hi, Can anybody help me with a question re. my air con. Vehicle is a 95 gen 2 and I have just had the air con re-gassed. Lovely and cold now but not too much force from vents ! Does my model of Surf have a pre or Pollen filter and if so were do I find it ? Thanks in advance

There's no filter in the 2nd gen.
The white plastic control levers on the side of the distribution box down by the footrest could be sticking and not directing the airflow properly.
