kzn 185 3.0 oil type?

I've had a search but there seems to be a lot of different grades of oil in use. What is the correct grade to use in a 3.0 3rd gen?
Roughtrax sell 10w 40 is that the best?

Halfords and others sell 10/40....all good.

It's changing regular that's the key...

I just bought some Mobil Super 2000 10w 40 semi synthetic from Halfrauds, cost a pretty penny, but it does say 'Super' on the can.

I'm changing the oil and oil filter this Sunday, I'm driving it over to Czech in feb, so thought I'd set off with fresh oil in it.
I usually end up changing the oil/filter every 5000-6000 miles.

I run CAT DEO 15w40 in mine. Run's really nice with it. engine has done 300,000km's so fills the gaps nicely. Not cheap but I get it for free from work.
