Intercooler

I have found an intercooler from a colorado 1KZ-TE.

Is this easy enough to fit on my 3rd Gen?

What other bits would I need?

The the rest of intercooler bits from the Colorado would be ideal.

A 2" bodylift makes it much easier.

I already have a 1.5" BL so hopefully that will help.

I looks like the main issue is the throttle cable mount.

I will try to have a look at a Colorado throttle mount to see how it's routed around the intercooler.

It should all be the same stuff as it's the same engine.

Guessing you've found it for sale where i have too

Only thing is I will say is I was searching other night about fitting said intercooler and i found a guide on new zealand forum. What I noticed was picture in guide also matches the picture being used in the for sale advert.

if its same advert that I've seen it says it doesn't include the inlet manifold, so to fit it your require other bits from a colorado or an adapter making to fit it too your standard throttle bodie

From what i found out intercooler models have different throttle bodie, rocker cover, fitted with bonnet scoop and different ecu
However guide i found the person had binned off throttle bodie all together, if you search 1kz- te inetercooler on google you should find it
