injector seats

What is the easiest way of getting these buggers out??? I've tried hooked tools, bent screwdriver, long thin punch from the pre-combustion chamber basically tried most of the recommended methods, has anyone any other idea's???

If you look carefully at the top of the gearstick, there should be a hinged cover, like this:



Press the button, and the buggers will fly out of the roof.

How big (or small) is the hole in the seats?

Could you use a Split Collet type tool?

Cheers guy's! It was me not being persuasive enough, Got them out and then the new head arrived with guess what....Yep new injector seats
