  • Interior light replacement?

can anyone suggest a decent replacement bulb for the cabin interior lights? Mine is pretty dull and was hoping there would be a simple fix but no answers yet. It's a 10w 12v bulb which I reckon is 29mm long but I only seem to be able to find a direct replacement on Ebay:

1 Interior Light Bulb for your Car 12v 10w Festoon 30mm

Apologies but i've searched and haven't been able to get an answer - probably just looking in the wrong place?!!

    Cheers.

Also while we are on bulbs can anyone suggest some good replacement bulbs for the front as the darker nights draw closer? Was thinking of some of these:

    1) NEW Osram Night Breaker PLUS H4 472 +90% 12v 60/55w

    2) Osram OSR-64193NBP-H4 Night Breaker Plus Bulbs

Go to halfords, get the 12 led replacements for interior lights(straight swap) and get the bulbs in the blue pack for the headlamps (H4s)

Both will make a massive improvement over standard with little or no effort!!

Thanks for the tips - not massively electronically minded so as good as Apache's mod seems to be I may have to sit down and think it through a little! A straight swap would be ideal but never like going to Halfords for their generally marked up stuff! Will take a look though.

          Much appreciated.

Considering the hours you'll save faffing about, halfrauds ones are worth the money!
(not often you'll hear me say that!)

              I've just ordered from here

I've got no sign of a glovebox light in mine.
