Wheel spacer question.

Will mitsubishi L200 30mm 6 stud wheel spacers fit my 2nd gen Surf? The reason I ask is, I dont know if they are a specific item or generic as are most Japanese 6 stud wheel spacings. Clear as mud maybe but any info is appreciated, and if pressed I must admit rear ending a zafira a week last saturday so if i am to spend money on a new bumper and headlight i might as well realize a dream or two at the same time.
