1KZ-TE spill control valve- where can ya get one?

Anyone know who supplies the spill control valve for the 1KZ-TE engine? Opinions so far seem to differ as to if it is actually a separately available part to the pump, or not?

I don't on my vehicle- a later model i saw for sale apparently has been diagnosed with that problem by a mechanic.

I have stripped mine down a number of times, there is very little to go wrong other than a very small hole getting blocked.
#The biggest problem is getting it off the injector pump.

The pump has to be on the bench and you need a big solid spanner.
