Engine rubber cap what for?

Found this whilst searching for the engine coolant drain point:



Coolant comes from it, is it a purge?

Still didn't find the drain though....

Earlier 3.0's have a coolant supply to the intake manifold, around the throttle butterflys, it was deleted on the last year of 2nd Gens and most 3rd Gens.

Its the capped off feed for that.
