Overdrive?

Silly question, but is the overdrive on the auto KZN130 integral to the autobox or a piggyback unit like the old Fairey O/Ds? Was wondering on the feasability of sticking an overdrive on my manual. It'd be nice to be able to drop the revs down a bit while cruising along.

Overdrive is basically 4th gear and is part of the transmission.
