Starter motor

Just replaced contacts in my starter motor with the roughtrax kit. I have a piece of insulating paper and not to sure where it should go, the supplied diagram is not so clear, any help? thankyou,

Goes in the same place as the one you removed, behind the contact plate, can't remember but think my kit had one for each side. H
