Replacing back window Regulator

Anyone give me any advice on how to setup the regulator? I just got a new regulator and motor from Roughtrax but both arms on the regulator are pointing the same way (one of them not engaged). If I turn the loose one 360 degrees I can get it to mesh, but that puts a lot of tension on the spring....

Don't know what you mean. Take the old one out and set the new one up the same way.
