can anyone help me please i have a knocking noise coming from the back of my 3.0ltr 95 mreg surf it sounds like bushes that are worn but i dont know which ones it will be.its a small knocking noise noticed more when im reversing does anyone have any ideas please.thanks

Hiya stranger and hows this with you.
Check the anti roll bar as the brackets can break causing the rattle/knocking.
If its not them then just have a good look at everything underneath and give it a pull to see if its loose.Also check the exhaust mounts aswellhttps://www.facebook.com/groups/henpals/ -

could well be you ole fat git as that won't always knock when going forward but only when put in reverse.If it is and you need a replacement prop then i have one here for £55 deliveredhttps://www.facebook.com/groups/henpals/Comment

mine was doing it driving forwards n a little going back just cant remember how to check it think it was in neutral but not sure but you could see the play in it!!!Comment
