hi just a heads up, changed my cam belt pulley at the weekend and the bush in the cam belt pulley housing was the wrong size, new part had a 17mm bush but the pivot pin is 16mm. got the part from milners so its worth checking before you change it, wasn't impressed when i found out when my cam belt was off

There's two different sizes of these as you have discovered. KZN130 and KZN185 Surf part numbers are 13556-67010 for the shaft and 13505-67050 for Idler Sub Assy.

I think you will find that the other size belongs to 6/'00 on model 1KZ engines.

I think that the Aussie versions and possibly European, of the 1KZ have the 16mm.

Had exactly the same with the pattern replacement that I got from Roughtrax.

yeah, me to, I just swapped the new roller onto the old bracket and it was fine.
