What are correct size tyres for KZN130

I still have steering shimmy on my 3l mk2 KZN130 diesel auto. and have checked just about everything ie balancing, tracking, all joints, steering damper, adjusted rack, correct tyre pressures, changed wheels around, New MOT..... I am now thinking the tyres are to large!

Please can someone advise the correct size tyres for road use (would not be used off road generally) I think the tyres fitted, may be too large! The wheel rims are Toyota rims T15 x 7JJ-8 and the tyres fitted all round are,
marshall road venture AT 31 x 10.5OR 15 LT 109 S

Those are the correct size.
