  • Oil leak from turbo

Hi There, I have an oil leak from my turbo, it seems to be coming from a corrugated pipe under the turbo, is this a small gasket that has went or something else, any advice please....before I tackle the repair.

    Cheers ........Big Mick

That's the turbo oil return section of the turbo oil feed and return and they can crack. Could be just the gasket but I doubt it. Bugger of a job to replace apparently.

You can buy that pipe direct from Toyota. Its a turbo out job tho as you won't be able to get to one of the bolts on the underside of the turbo.I would also buy the 2 new gaskets and the banjo union copper gaset while your at it as all 3 will need to come out anyway.I should have the part numbers somewhere for the pipe and the gaskets
