does the hilux surf have an obd port or diagnostic port or similar?

is it obd or obd 2 and can you recommend a scanner tool for this...dont mind buying the cable so i can do it on pc or laptop if thats available

sorry mate i haven't had anything from you.I have had probs with the email recently.I do have bashplates here for the 2nd gens £15 plus the postage cost
There is several threads on here fopr the diagnostics but i don't know which terminals they are myself
