Points to check before buying 4Runner Gen3 '99

Hi all,

Next week, I may buy a 4Runner Gen3 '99 3.0L.

The only problem is that I'll have to choose only one among more than 100 !!

Please, could you tell me few points easy but mandatory to check on those vehicles?
