Toyota Dealer aka Muppet!!

Hi folks got a bit of a problem........ have been trying to get a water pump from Toyota over here & having a few problems. They are having trouble finding the vin on their system as the ones on the truck/cars are 3 digits shorter so their system wont accept it, and he is having trouble believing that surf's exist even though it was parked outside!, and have tried calling toyota Uk but everyone seems to be on a coffee break. Sooooooooo to that end does anyone have toyota part number for a water pump ( 2nd gen 3.0 l ) and can i re-use the gasket that is on the old one or do i need to order sealant and/or a new gasket as well? I know i can get them from Milners/Roughtrax but i need one asap and the postage is pretty dear out to here so it balances out pretty much.

Sounds stupid but is this the right thing as im going to print it off and feed it to him tommorow!

Just give a shout Rob and the postage will only cost you half of that as i will pay the other half as i said in the email about the pump
