Tyres on 1995 3.0 Td Surf

Hi Folks

Time to change my tyres. I Have the 265/70 or 265/75 15" standard ones, and I need 1 size bigger as these looks so small :-)

31x10.50 R15 is this the next size after these?
I think the 30x9.5 R15 is the same as 265/70 R15.

I have standard factory size height car without lifting. Do you think are these OK for my rig? 31x10.50 R15 ?
