3.0 cracked head need help

hey there well i moved up in the world went from 2.4 to a new 3.0l 1kz hilux but the head cracked on that one too. but i have now got all the parts to fix the 3L but i havent any luck finding the torque specs for the 3L i have the manual for the 2.4 but not the 3L if any body coiuld point me in the right direction to find the torque specs and tightening sequence it would be greatly appreciated. thanks in advance
