pipe near sump plug

hi, loosing a bit of oil from my knz185, took sump guards off yesterday cleaned everything and it looks like oil is dripping very slowly from small bore pipe near sump plug, is this an overflow pipe ?

Most possibly the overflow/run off pipe from the oil collector around the filter.

This should only have oil dripping from it when you take filter off as the collector contains the spillage so it doesn't go everywhere.

not really, either its just old oil working its way down the pipe from the last oil change, or the filter seal is duff or even just the fliter not tight enough
