hi what is the top speed of the surf as i can only get 90mph out of it !when asking someone else this question they said they were geting 115mph out of there 2nd gen surf they told me that my turbo was not working is this true ?

even in a 3.0l diesel the only time it's gonna hit 115 mph is about 3 seconds after you go over the cliff. No doubt the 3.0 v6 does that up a hill in 3rd gear because it's oh so superior

at those speeds in a 2 tonne truck you deserve to be joining it as it goes over the edge anyway.

I did about 85 once on the M1, and that felt quite scary. No way I'd want to do 115, even if it was possible!

mine cruises nicely at that speed, just wish i had cruise control though like the soarer, then i could rest both feet.

I've had mine at an indicated 85 by accident once, I'll not be doing that again!

Mine could do 160KPH I estimate but I'm not ready to die yet. I once did 145KPH and that was very scary so changed my underwear and go no more than 120KPH now.

Usually get about 120/130 down the autostrade but definately wouldnt go faster.... wouldnt want to know what would fall off!

ive had 90 no probs but it dose get you thinking when someone tells you that they get more speed & offers to prove it ! & btw it does'nt bounce around @ high speeds what are you drivin on drugs ?

I had Hippo up to 90 (on the grass verge ociffer honest)

So a 2nd gen 3.0 litre can do it, well it can when it has 4 cylinders - ho hum !
