Location of MAF and ECU

I have a 1995 3.0TD
Could somebody tell me where the ECU is located?
Where is the MAF sensor located?
Are ECU's and MAF's interchangable from other similar Surfs.

If that's a 2nd gen, the ECU is behind the kick panel beside the passenger's left foot. Very easy to get to. ECU should be interchangable with others of same engine/gearbox combination, there's a few people on here selling them from breakers.
