engine rattle on svo?

i seem to have developed an engine rattle up to 2k revs or some, but only when goin up the revs? sounds like cams or something, am running the truck on svo with a proper diesel veg system, im sure its only started since it has got cold,
on another note its donr 130k miles and im not sure when the cambelt was last done, could this cause the noise?

In which case I would advise adding some dino pronto

...or mix in a couple of litres of white spirit to thin it dowm a bit. Now it's colder I'm adding more white spirit than summer.

alright fellas, sorry for the delay, just as i post my computer packed up at home!!!

i am running 100% but im not switching over till well after its up to temperature, it does seem to be on diesel as well, all the veg lines are red hot, would this still make a difference?

also there should be some diesel in there because my purge lines go straight back into the veg tank?
