    hi there

im having a problem fitting my 2 front toyota alloy wheels. it seems that the 2 for the back fit perfectly however, the front 2 do fit on its just i cant get the centre caps on because of the 6 screws on the main disc wheel part! will spacers correct this problem and will i need to buy all four so that there evenly spaced?

i could break the centre cap legs but this means i would need to glue on the centre caps for them to fit, what are your recommendations? wheels are standard 31 x 10.5 x 15 on bridgetone dualers think they might be toyota vigo alloys & centre caps.

any1 know where i can get these spacers from and how much they cost?

    kind regards me

Spacers are available from Roughtrax or LA Supertrux. Do not buy the cheap ones from ebay unless you want your wheels to fall off.

Having said that, I think it's just a case of needing different centre caps for the front wheels. Someone who knows will be along in a bit....

You would need to buy 4.

Only problem is the spacers centre hole is a very snug fit over the drive plate thingy on the hub. (can someone please tell me what that bit is called?!)

So chances are you'll lash out £150 an still wont be able to fit on the centre caps. Truck will have a nice wide stance.. but no caps.

Not sure to be honest mate.

Trying to put anything on there other then stock might make it look worse then just no cap.

Splash out another 100 bucks and fit free-wheeling hubs on the front.

hi, not sure what your wheels are like but ive got 16" aftermarket wheels on mine and ive got a set of isuzu mk11 centre caps fitted which fit over the wheel nuts, loads of clearance over front hubs hope this might help

im guessing u have a similar prob to mine,i think u mean the wheel nuts are sticking out to far to get your centre caps on and to be honest the only way to sort it is go to one of those aftermarket wheel shops, take truck with you and a centre cap,and explain,i managed to get ones with shorter heads so centres will fit,but be warned it wont be cheap, epect 50 to 60 quid for a whole new set

did you manage to buy toyota wheel caps for yours and were your wheels vigo too? your exactly right with the wheel nuts sticking to far out, price wise i suppose that doesnt matter now as i need to get them. either way i buy these caps or i sell my full set of vigo wheels set of 4 for £400.

or maybe just sell my hilux!!!!

                  kind regards me
