No power from cold start

Hi all
Had my 3L diesel for over 2 years when i start it from cold there is no power for the first 3 min.. If i am on a hill and put the pedal to the floor it dos'nt move.This seems 2 be worse in the winter

It'll be the auto 'box fluid. It needs to be warm before it works efficiently. Just give it a minute to warm up and it should work OK.
Also, the level could be low or the fluid is past it's best and needs re-newing.
