how many pipes to the EGR?

hey folks,

i seem to have two pipes blocked to what looks to be my EGR valve? is there ment to be two or just one?

One pipe is at the back of the head and one pipe is now dangling in the engine bay?

EGR Valves have one vacuum hose. What hose is dangling?

its the hose that goes to a large canester at the back right hane side of the engine, it has what looks to be a diaphram housing about twice the size of what must be the EGR valve if that any help?

i think ill try and get a photo lol

mean time im goin to reconnect it!!
