Hi, I Want To Check My Clearances And Adjust, Can Anyone Tell Me What I Need (ie Shims Etc) And What They Should Be For A 1994 3.0td.

1KZ-TE Manual will have the specs.

Shims come in about 17 different thicknesses so you need to remove measure and work out what you need. Sometimes you can swap shims around to achieve correct clearance.

Where Can I Buy The Shims As I Assume There Are Different Widths As Well As Thicknesses?

Same diameter different thicknesses. Toyota or maybe a diesel engine specialist will have them.
