what oil

hi there i want to change the oil in my auto trans and my diffs does anyone have an idea what to put in them please. i got some ep80w-90 gear oil that the shop said to use for the auto trans is this ok.

The atf should be dextron 2 or dextron 3 nothing else.There is a list of oils etc on here that you need for the diffs etc
