need advice clutch

i have a 2gen 1996 3.0ltd KZN130 i thought my gear box had had its day but it turns out to be the clutch. i have had a few prices of around £230 for clutch and £170 labour fitting but i have seen 2 on roughtrax site one at £125 and one at £118 has anyone used these are they any good and is there any other places that anyone can recomend.

my second thing is are they easy to change my brother is going to help me replace it he has done cars in the past but he has never done a 4x4 before is there much difference.
