steering rack bushes

having just had my truck mot'd (which it passed) it had an advisery for steering rack bushes, i notice that roughtrax have replacement bushes in urethane has anyone here had them fitted and are they as good as the originals? which i would think would be rubber, so how would the difference affect the feel of the steering ?

If you want to do ir any other way you need a complete new rack. Toyota dont do the bushes separate. Ive got the Roughtrax ones on and theyre fine.
