Idle Speed

Anyone know how to up the idle speed on a 3.0 (with out the idle increase button) it runs at about 600 (should be at 750 i think?). Ps no engine check light ..... it just runs a bit more lumpy than normal at startup.

Also, sounds like your glowplugs need replacing. Or are you running on veg oil?

Thanks for the quick reply, Guess it is running a bit slow then..... running on diesel fuel and had a thought about the glow plugs as it takes a couple of turns on startup...and gives out a little puff of white smoke sometimes, looks like unburnt fuel.d*mn truckoh just wanted to ask before a search are the glow plugs a pain / expensive to change??
