Cam belt changing.

hey

ive just had my truck serviced and the guy at the garage tells me that my cam belt is due for changing.

but there is a sticker on top of the cam cover which looks like it informs that the cam belt has been changed, although cos i cant read japanese in not 100% sure.

could you tell me if the pic below is that of a cam belt replaced sticker?

To be honest this is a no brainer, get it changed, the cost of a new belt is miles less than a replacement engine.

If that's a 3.0 litre it can be done in an hour.

Looks like the regular factory sticker for timing belt change except some have 100,000K in english on them and not one stating when it was done . Get it changed.

If I read the Jananese date right is was last changed in 1999 so it's well due.
