crank seal?

Hi all.
looking to buy a 3.0 ssrx but it looks like the engine crank seal may be leaking.....does anyone have an idea about how much i would be looking at to fix it???

If DIY I don't think it's that dear!

Paying labour in a garage will cripple you!

Could maybe do diy but it sounds maybe a bit complicated for me... just starting diy stuff really, oil/fuel/power steering adjuster... maybe a garage job then? am i looking at £100+?

maybe someone could give me some guidance.....on what might be up with it as im still tying to make up my mind as whether to get it or not (full story in general forum)
