Bearing Noises

My KZN185 has suddenly started making what sounds like a worn bearing noise from the autobox at around 30mph , any ideas ??

hello mate can you elaborate a bit more? How do you know its coming from the box? Does it increase with speed? is there if you put the box in to 2nd and hit 30?

It's probably the U/Js on the propshaft that want greasing.
