Oil from small pipe!

G'day Guys,
I have oil dripping from a small diameter rubber tube conected to a metal pipe
which seems to come from under the oil filter area.
The rubber pipe terminates just above the nearside front drive shaft.
What is it?
Why would it be dripping?

have you done a oil change recently cause if so there is a drain pipe that runs down there from under the oil filter housing to get rid of any spilt oil from the filter change
