  • Front Rubber Gaitors

I have just noticed that my front rubber gaitors on the drive shafts on my 93' surf are split.
Does anybody know where I can get new ones from?
Is it really difficult to replace them?
I have access to a ramp and tools, and have done gearbox, clutches, etc.
Or is it a garrage job?
    Thanks

The "roughtrax" ones feel quite robust..My mate did mine, he's a mechanic He said it wasn't particularly difficult, just time consuming..Garage labour time might mount up! Anyway, we tackled all the boots while everything was in bits, so hopefully it'll be good for a while..

There is a good photo series showing the various steps somewhere..If you do a search, you may find a link to the Aussie site on which they featured..If you ask nicely, maybe some kind soul will put the link up for you..
