Hi i bought a surf about a mont ago and have noticed a noise at full lock it sounds like the spring settling down is this the case or have i bought a wrong un? Thanks for any help

It's your steering stops,

The expensive was is to seek new rubber caps from Toyota
The 2 cheaps ways are a) ignore it, or b) put some grease on them.
