over boosting?

how can you tell if trucks over boosting? 3.0l td94 but its not got a turbo light
like the 2.4 has, what would happen would the engine light come on

Yes i beleive check engine light would come on and go to limp mode, then itll drive like a 2.4 running well

done the washer mod runs great ist when flat out in top gear when on full boost
it holds back like its hesitating but no lights come on, do i have to addjust the diesel pump
or anything?

Have you changed fuel filter recently. also is it only happening after you did the mod?

filters been on for 2months now, only after the mod but runs great on pulloff with foot to the floor, it was just top gear around 70mph and still gainin speed but could feel it holdin back

Might be worth closin the gap a little if youve used 3 washers try knocking back to 2.

it bolts on the 3.0 with 2bolts right? i only put 1 washer behinde each hole of the bracket.
and washers where 1.2mm thick

thats what i had to do with the 2.4, not sure if its the same but assume so, if you dont like it id put it back to stock
