Removing door panels

Can any one tell me how to remove the door panels front and rear to access the speakers on a kzn185 without breaking any of the pins holding them on. I have tried searching the faqs but came up with nothing , thanks

The simple answer is - " You can't remove the door panels without breaking any pins." lol
To give yourself a sporting chance you need to make a door card removing tool. Its a bit like a two-pronged fork which you slip behind the door panel with one prong either side of the clip. Gently easing the clip away should aid removal without breaking, but remember, this is old and brittle plastic so be prepared for some breakages.

well i managed to get all 4 off with out breaking any pins just damn good luck really as i had to really pull em so now got 4 nice new juicy speakers underneath them

i'm planning a similar transplant...what size are the speakers inside the doors?
