      What he said

I wanted to know if the cheap aftermarket heads were any good but I still have not found anyone who has tried one? 3.0 anyway.

So I went with Stevo's full deal from the link provided - Genuine Head, fitted it myself. The Truck goes like a bullet.
Smack it with a 16lb Hammer and it will come off!

I'll third that. I got a 3.0lt head from Stevo in the first week of March and did the job myself. If you need any help give me a shout. It's expensive at £900 but your getting a genuine head with cam, valves, lifters and shims. All you need is new (or use the old ones) intake studs and exhaust studs (these remove via a star socket).

Buy from him or Toyota. DO NOT get one from anywhere else, or your asking for trouble.
